First Unit is a full service grip and lighting rental company that has been servicing the Florida production industry for over 20 years. Currently we operate out of two locations; one in Tampa/St. Pete and another in Orlando. We carry a full line of HMI, LED, tungsten and other specialty lighting, as well as Crawford Generators, Chapman and Fisher dollies, and Straight Shoot'r jib arms. We also host a complete inventory of grip and rigging gear, and a vast array of expendables and production supplies. If you're shooting in Florida we can be a great asset to you and your production.
