Ellen Fleming

Ellen Fleming is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Head of Talent at First Utility since January 2017, Ellen has also held the role of Lead HR Business Partner at Vodafone UK since February 2009, where collaboration with Directors and Senior Managers has focused on enhancing organizational capabilities.
