Thomas Lane is a seasoned business transformation partner with over 30 years of international experience across technology, defence, and performance improvement. Currently, they serve as the Commercial Director at Remarkable Technology and hold roles as an Independent Director and Board Advisor at First Value Partners and Partner at Bayley Barclay & Mills LLP. Thomas began their career as a Captain in the British Army, leading counter-insurgency operations before transitioning to finance and corporate restructuring, including notable positions at KPMG UK and FT International. They hold an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and completed executive education in Financial Restructuring at Harvard Business School.
