Dacey Bell

Dacey Bell is a seasoned musician and educator with extensive experience in the music industry. They currently serve as a Commissioner at the South Carolina Arts Commission and as the Director of Instrumental Music at First West. Dacey has also held roles such as Owner of Bellco Music Services and Publishing Manager at Aki Rhythm Press, where they contributed to projects for prestigious orchestras worldwide. They hold a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and have previously taught various levels of band and percussion.
