First  World  Architects  Studio,  Psc,  is  a  multi-faceted   design   service   company  delivering  architectural,    interior   design,  comprehensive facilities planning  and  real estate development  skills  to  service  clients  as  diverse  as  our portfolio of  projects.   

FWAS was established in 1982, on the premise to always be ahead of the curve, exceed the clients’ aspirations for their projects at or under the budget provided. The overriding mission has been to prove that good design can indeed be ever-present, and life changing.   

The principals bring international construction and design experience – integrated with a wealth of innovative thought have produced outstanding projects through professional collaborations and by our firm solely. The best team(s) possible is always organized to successfully service client’s projects.  

Our  teams’  technical capabilities  are enhanced with  computers, which are a critical part  of  how  we  design, and  process projects. By utilization of the latest version of  Computer  Aided  Design / Drafting,  AutoCAD  2014, we incorporate  BIM (Building Information Modeling),  Adobe Photoshop,  Autodesk 3D  Studio Max,  Google  Sketch  Up,  Design  Reviewer, and  other  programs  as  appropriate  to  produce  project documents, presentations, and/or reports as may be required.
