Carli Thomas

Carli Thomas is an accomplished Event Technology Manager with extensive experience in event planning and marketing within the industry. Since June 2018, Carli has held multiple roles at FIRST, progressing from Event Technology Coordinator to Associate Event Technology Manager and then to Event Technology Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Marketing Coordinator at Power Plant Live!, where Carli enhanced social media engagement and contributed to marketing analytics. Prior internships at Linder, Save The Date, the University of Maryland Alumni Association, and the Grunig Gala Student Planning Team provided valuable skills in venue negotiation, event logistics, and client management. Carli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Maryland.
