William E. Lee has a diverse work experience in the fields of event technology, audiovisual management, and music production. William E. is currently working as the Director of Event Technology at FIRST, overseeing event production and AV engineering at the new Google facility. Prior to this, they served as a Regional AV Manager and Senior Technical Producer at Convene, where they played a key role in transforming the workplace experience through integrated technology platforms. William E. also has experience as a Director and Instructor at Dubspot, managing operations and faculty. Additionally, they worked at Apple, Inc. as an Account Executive and Sales Engineer, generating revenue and providing technical support to clients. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Music Producer, Audio Engineer, and Songwriter for major label artists and network TV shows. William E. also has experience as a Studio Technician at The Hit Factory & Right Track Studios, working with renowned artists.
William E. Lee attended Berklee College of Music from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music Production and Engineering. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1990, they studied Computer Science Engineering at Boston University. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 6 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2023.
