Ben Tomkinson is the Founder & CEO of Good Home Capital, Inc., a role held since 2019. From 2014 to 2018, they served at Impac Mortgage Corp. in multiple capacities, including Non-QM National Business Development Manager and National Director of Correspondent, where responsibilities included managing product development, guidelines, pricing, training, and capital markets alignment for secondary executions. They grew Non-QM funded production by 46% ($963,622,528) in eight months and helped develop sustainable business models for mortgage bankers, brokers, and mortgage loan originators. They are the founder and CEO of FirstAgentic, an AI-native eligibility infrastructure for modern lending, delivering pre-underwriting on every file and offering a white-label POS or plug-in API.
