Sam Crow

Sam Crow has a strong background in finance and lending, with over 30 years of experience. Sam has held various leadership roles, including EVP - Chief Credit Officer at First Bank Virginia and Chief Credit Officer at Congressional Bank.

At E*TRADE Financial, Sam was involved in consulting and actively managed the commercial lending portfolio. Sam negotiated loan amendments and forbearance agreements, and had frequent meetings with borrowers to analyze performance indicators and address risks.

As Chief Credit Officer at Cornerstone Capital, Sam co-founded a consumer bank depository strategy and raised funds from private equity funds.

Previously, Sam founded and managed the commercial lending group at E*TRADE Financial, funding over $400 million in outstanding loans. Sam also served as SVP, Southeastern Underwriting Manager at Guaranty Business Credit and SVP, Underwriting Manager at Capital Business Credit.

Sam began their career as an Underwriter at Fleet Capital after working as a Staff Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Sam Crow attended Wake Forest University from 1983 to 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
