Brian Bueche

Brian Bueche, MBA, has a strong background in credit risk management and portfolio management. Brian currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Credit Risk Executive at FirstBank, where they are responsible for overseeing the overall credit risk function for the bank. Prior to joining FirstBank, Brian was the Chief Credit Officer at Fidelity Bank MN. Brian also held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Loan Review at TCF Bank, where they managed loan review processes across multiple states. Brian has extensive experience as a Chief Credit Officer, having served in that role at both Security Financial Bank and BMO Harris Bank. At BMO Harris Bank, they also served as the Senior Vice President of Credit Risk and Portfolio Management, where they successfully managed large and complex relationships and drove corporate initiatives to enhance loan recovery.

Brian Bueche has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brian also holds an MBA in Finance from Marquette University. In addition, Brian obtained a Credit Risk Certification from The Risk Management Association in 2004.
