Evan Eachus

Evan Eachus has a wide range of work experience, starting with their current role as the CEO and Founder of FirstCall Mechanical, a commercial and industrial HVAC services company. Evan oversees operations across multiple states and manages a team of approximately 220 employees. Prior to this, Evan served as a Board Member for both Staples and Essendant from 2019 to 2021. Evan also worked as a Principal at Sycamore Partners from 2015 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Evan held positions as an Associate at New Mountain Capital from 2011 to 2013 and as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2008 to 2011.

Evan Eachus received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an A.B. degree in History and Science from Harvard University in 2008.
