Miles Tait

Miles Tait is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and management. Currently serving as the Head of Group Reporting at FirstCape since April 2025, Miles previously held the role of Director of Finance at Jarden from February 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, Miles worked at the Bank of New Zealand from May 2017 to February 2022, progressing through positions including Senior Finance Business Partner and Senior Finance Analyst. Early career experience includes roles as an FUM Analyst at M&G and a Revenue Analyst at Legal & General Investment Management. Miles began in the finance sector at EY as a Senior Auditor from February 2009 to November 2012. Miles earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington between 2005 and 2008.
