Seth Bateman is a transformation, strategy, and delivery expert with extensive experience in banking, NGOs, and government sectors across New Zealand and the UK. Previously, from 2011 to 2014, Seth worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at the New Zealand Treasury, contributing to projects that improved government efficiency. Seth’s background includes leading digital transformation initiatives at HSBC and technical programs at Jarden, alongside valuable policy analysis experience during the Global Financial Crisis at HM Treasury.
