Michael Frascello

Michael Frascello has work experience as a Technical Business Analyst at FirstClose since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Matrix Medical Network, where they held the role of Production Control Coordinator from April 2019 to September 2022. In this role, they conducted case studies and spearheaded experimental studies with the Field Service's Resource Scheduling Optimization system. Michael also created and analyzed system reports, which were presented to business leaders. Before that, Michael worked as a Clinical Support Analyst at Matrix Medical Network from April 2019 to April 2021.

Michael Frascello completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at St. Petersburg College from 2017 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems (BAIS) at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business from 2020 to 2022.
