Jai Hind possesses extensive experience in operations management, having worked in various roles across prominent companies in the e-commerce sector. At udaan.com, Jai served as a Senior Operation Executive, managing inbound, outbound, and inventory processes from August 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, from August 2015 to June 2018, Jai was a Process Assistant at Amazon India, also focusing on inbound, outbound, and inventory operations. Afterward, Jai joined Grofers as a Senior Executive from August 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing first and last mile operations, implementing SOPs, maintaining inventory levels, and leading a large operations team. Currently, Jai is a Senior Executive at FirstCry.com (BrainBees Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) since January 2022. Jai holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from The Indian Institute of Engineers and a Bachelor of Arts program from Indira Gandhi National Open University, both completed between 2014 and 2017.
