Pawan Prabhakar

Pawan Prabhakar is an experienced professional in fashion merchandising and buying, currently serving as Assistant Manager Buying at FirstCry.com since November 2023. Prior to this role, Pawan worked at Ethnicity Ltd. as a Buying and Sourcing specialist focused on women's ethnic wear from September 2021 to November 2023. Pawan also founded Fashion Flipperz, catering to young women's fashion needs with a range of Western and ethnic apparel from August 2020 to March 2022. Additional experience includes positions as Production Merchandiser at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd and Orient Craft Limited, where responsibilities included managing US and UK brands in women's wear. Pawan began the career as an Assistant Merchandiser for global brands and progressed through various roles, starting as a Management Trainee in 2016. Pawan holds a Master's degree in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi.
