Prashant Jadhav

Prashant Jadhav is the CoFounder and CTO at FirstCry.com. Prashant has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry and has worked with various large scale enterprise e-learning and document management platforms. Prashant has also designed and built platforms for various USA, UK and Singapore based clients. Some of their notable work includes the development of a multitenant, large scale e-learning publishing and assessment platform for SAI Global, USA; a web based online e-learning course publishing platform (RapideL); a SharePoint based workflow management system for a large Pharma company; an iOS multi-APP networking framework for a Singapore University; and an integrated course publishing platform with Charles Swab E-Learning Platform.

Prior to joining FirstCry.com, Prashant was with Brainvisa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. where they served as the Delivery Manager from November 2006 to April 2010. During their tenure there, they worked on various large scale enterprise e-learning and document management platforms.

Before that, they were with a UK based company from February 2000 to April 2002 where they started India's tech operation and managed a large technology development team. Prashant worked on various large scale e-commerce and ERP projects for UK industries during that time. Some of their notable work includes the design of a full Production Planning System for a large UK manufacturing industry; leading a team to build a tablet based system for Quran reading; and designing a School Management ERP System and Online Result Publishing Platform.

Prashant Jadhav completed a Bachelor's Degree at Shivaji University.

They are on a team with Vivek Goel - Chief Business Officer (Firstcry Online), Anirudh Chaturvedi - Chief Product Officer, and Amitava Saha - Co-Founder & COO. Prashant Jadhav reports to Supam Maheshwari, Co-Founder & CEO.
