Bob Hoskins currently serves as Vice President of Human Capital Management and Corporate Fellow at FirstDay Foundation since September 2023. From 2014 to December 2023, Bob held various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, including Director of Personnel Support, where Bob managed a team of over 500 and oversaw a 24-hour call center serving 2.5 million customers. Bob also served as Mission Support Group Commander, leading nearly 2000 personnel in critical support areas, and as Panel Chair for Personnel and Training, directing a $15B annual funding program. Earlier in Bob's career with the Air Force from 2007 to 2013, Bob was Chief of the Senior Leader Management Division and Squadron Commander, supporting thousands of military personnel. Bob holds a Master's degree in National Security Policy Studies from USAF Air War College and a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from USAF Air Command and Staff College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
