Elizabeth Engelke is an accomplished benefits specialist with extensive experience in managing and improving benefits programs across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Specialist at FirstDay Foundation and Benefits & Accounting Administrator at BCFS Health & Human Services since August 2014, Elizabeth has previously held the role of Benefits Director at Genesee & Wyoming/RailAmerica from 2008 to June 2014, where technology solutions were implemented to enhance benefits enrollment and leave processes. Elizabeth also served as Benefits Manager at RailAmerica from 1995 to 2008, ensuring effective administration of U.S. benefit programs, and held the position of Manager of Human Resources at RailTex from 1990 to 1994, where Elizabeth played a key role in developing standardized HR policies during company growth. Elizabeth holds a Master's Degree in Spanish and Elementary Education from Austin College.
