Alan Rukin

Alan Rukin is an energy attorney focused on electric reliability, transmission rates, and energy policy. They are currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at FirstEnergy and previously worked as an Attorney-Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where they addressed issues related to Electric Reliability and Cybersecurity.
