Andy Lubich

Andy Lubich has been with FirstEnergy since 2006, starting as an intern in the Construction Group and working their way up to various managerial and directorial positions. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, Andy is responsible for the safe and reliable operations and maintenance of the Eastern Ohio service territory. Prior to their current role, Andy held management positions overseeing substation services and maintenance activities, as well as working as an engineer focusing on boiler operations and welding inspection. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Geneva College, Andy has a strong background in engineering and maintenance within the power generation industry.
