Anthony Gianatasio

Anthony Gianatasio serves as the Lead Negotiator at FirstEnergy since March 2013, acting as the chief spokesman and team leader for Generation and Energy Delivery in contract negotiations within the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia region. Responsibilities include administering company-union labor agreements in a multi-union environment and leading labor-management meetings, elevated grievances, arbitrations, and employee discipline matters. Prior to this, Anthony held the position of Director of Labor Relations at GenOn Energy from January 2011 to March 2013, overseeing a team in Labor Relations and Workforce Management and developing Management’s Labor Strategy for a fleet of 25 generating stations. Anthony Gianatasio earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Kean University.
