Fred LeMasters is an experienced professional in organizational effectiveness and human resources, currently serving as a Consultant at Professional Business Consultant since April 2025. With a tenure at FirstEnergy beginning in June 2014, Fred has held the roles of Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and WV Operations Manager of Human Resources.
