John Norman

John Norman is an experienced professional in external affairs and marketing within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of External Affairs at FirstEnergy since May 2011, John acts as a liaison to government officials and manages community and media relations. Prior experience includes over a decade at Allegheny Power where John held roles from General Manager of Marketing to Manager of Customer Support, focusing on marketing strategies and customer satisfaction. Additionally, John worked at BCI Engineers & Scientists as Director of Marketing and spent eight years at Florida Power Corporation in various roles, contributing to sales and customer relationship management. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.
