John Ontko

John Ontko has over two decades of experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Manager of Business Services for the Central Fleet at FirstEnergy since 2011. Prior to this role, John was a Senior Accountant at Allegheny Energy, where responsibilities included coordinating financial statements and reporting to senior management. Earlier career milestones include serving as the Controller for Iron City Sash and Door Co., where John oversaw a team and managed financial operations following a corporate acquisition, and as Divisional Controller for Coach USA, where John quickly advanced after three months to manage large-scale accounting functions. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
