Paul Eagan

Paul Eagan is an experienced Senior Nuclear Operations Training Instructor at FirstEnergy, where involvement spans from January 2014 to the present. Prior to this role, Paul served in various capacities within the US Navy from April 2006 to the present, including Staff Trainer, Lead Electrician, and Electrical Supervisor. As a Staff Trainer, Paul developed and administered training programs for over 300 personnel, while the role of Lead Electrician included directing and training 18 personnel in the operation of a nuclear power plant. As Electrical Supervisor, Paul oversaw maintenance and operations for 15 personnel on a nuclear power submarine, interfacing with external organizations for equipment installation and testing. Additionally, Paul operated the electrical distribution system of a submarine, ensuring power continuity for critical systems.
