Ryan Roman

Ryan Roman has extensive experience in IT support and mobile computing, currently serving as the Mobile Computing Technology Coordinator at FirstEnergy since March 2005, where responsibilities include managing Apple devices using MobileIron and coordinating mobile objectives with developers. Previous roles at FirstEnergy included Team Supervisor / Executive IT Support, overseeing a team of IT Support Specialists and managing service requests, and IT Support Specialist, providing desktop and field support. Prior experience includes working as a PC Support Specialist at Ametek from April 2002 to March 2005, addressing computer and network issues. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University.
