At FirstEnergy, Ted currently serves as the Operations Technology Project Director, overseeing OT projects within Distribution Support. Ted is leading the implementation of a new vegetation management work management solution and a tree outage prediction model using advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning. In previous roles at Met-Ed and FirstEnergy, Ted has demonstrated strong leadership in overseeing regional operations support and outage management systems. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
