Tom Guess, PE, MBA, is an experienced electric utility leader and engineer currently serving as the Program Director for Valley Link Transmission at FirstEnergy. With a solid foundation in structural engineering, Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Penn State University and an MBA from Seton Hill University. Tom has a demonstrated history of leading large and complex transmission line and substation projects, contributing to various roles within FirstEnergy since 2011. Prior to this, Tom worked with MonPower and Allegheny Energy, where they gained extensive experience in project engineering and management.
