Traci Marez

Traci Marez, PHR, has over 16 years of experience in various human resources roles at FirstEnergy, where responsibilities have included serving as the recruiting lead on the SuccessFactors Sustainability project and being a subject matter expert in e-Recruiting. Traci has consistently demonstrated expertise in HR analytics by running and analyzing reports for leadership, and has contributed significantly by developing and testing reporting tools in SAP. Prior experience includes working at UGI Utilities, Inc. in customer outreach and as an estimator/project manager at Berkshire Insulation Company. Traci holds an MBA and a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in HR, as well as an associate degree in business from Reading Area Community College.
