Tyler Haswell

Tyler Haswell has extensive experience in project management and IT leadership, currently serving as Scrum Master III at FirstEnergy since May 2017. In this role, Tyler leads multiple teams focused on Automation, Analytics, and Web Development, while collaborating with various business units and departments. Tyler has successfully launched new remote teams and provided training to new Product Owners, enhancing value and fostering process improvements within the IT organization. Prior to this, Tyler held positions including Scrum Master II and Configuration Analyst II, where responsibilities included managing critical web applications and providing third-tier customer support. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University, completed in 2018, and has prior experience in roofing and sports umpiring.
