Connie Capone

Connie Capone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at FirstEnroll since January 2025, Connie is focused on enhancing healthcare accessibility through innovative solutions. Previously, Connie held the CFO position at EverDriven, a leader in the alternative student transportation sector, and at SpotHero, where management of financial operations was integral to the company's role in the Mobility Ecosystem. Connie's earlier roles include CFO and Chief Administrative Officer at GeoDigital, President of GreenOhm, Founder of Venture Capital Advisors, and Chief Executive Officer at ePropertyData, which was acquired by Xceligent. With a strong foundation stemming from an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University, Connie has also contributed to venture capital initiatives and strategic consulting throughout a diverse career.
