Lamar Gene

Lamar Gene has a diverse background with extensive experience in various roles spanning several industries. Highlights include a position as a Production Technician at Western International Gas & Cylinders and roles in management at World Finance Corporation and Rent-A-Center, where significant sales increases were achieved. Lamar has also worked as a Truck Driver for Paschall Truck Lines, Inc. and FirstFleet, Inc., alongside serving as a Coach and Para Educator at Monroe City School. Early career experiences include supervisory roles at G B Cooley, Eastern Louisiana Mental Health Hospital, and Swansons Center for Youth, focusing on the care and supervision of individuals with special needs. Lamar holds degrees in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Grambling State University and Business Management from LA Delta Community College, as well as a degree in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
