Robb Getts

Robb Getts has extensive experience in the transportation industry. Robb started their career at TRM-Transportation Resources in 1992, where they served as Vice President of Operations and Planner. Robb was responsible for various operations, including dispatch, equipment purchasing, contract negotiations, and Qualcomm implementation. During their time at TRM, the company transitioned from a leased fleet to an all-company-owned fleet, focusing on general dry freight services.

In 1997, Getts joined FirstFleet, Inc. as Regional Operations Manager. In this role, they managed all aspects of Dedicated Contract operations in the western United States, overseeing over 500 power units and 600 employees. Their responsibilities included inside sales, operations, efficiency, planning, fuel procurement, and full profit and loss (P/L) responsibility. Robb later became the Director of Western Operations, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations since July 2021.

Robb Getts attended Ball State University from 1989 to 1992, where they studied International Business Finance. However, no specific degree was mentioned.
