Lisa Smith is a People Director with extensive experience in human resources management. After serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Thames Valley Police from 2013 to 2015, Lisa worked at Dalcour Maclaren Chartered Surveyors until 2019 and fulfilled various HR roles before becoming a Director at Be The Change in 2021.
