Dan Sowerby

Dan Sowerby has a diverse work experience in various companies. Dan has worked as the Head of HR Data & Insights incl. Exec Reward at FirstGroup plc since 2023. In this role, they managed a team and provided HR related analysis and insights to the leadership. Dan also implemented data governance framework and led several HR system outsourcing projects.
