Lee Archer

Lee Archer is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Since October 2011, Lee has held multiple senior HR roles at FirstGroup plc, including HR Director for the Rail Division and Director of Corporate HR Service Delivery. Prior to this, Lee served as the Regional Head of Human Resources at FirstGroup from 2009 to 2011 and was a consultant from 2008 to 2009. Lee's career began at Barclays, where various roles were held from 1989 to 2007. Notably, as HR Director at First Capital Connect, Lee contributed to managing a workforce of over 2,600 employees, supporting the operations of significant rail services such as Thameslink and Great Northern.
