Joshua Hester is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a diverse background in strategic development and team leadership. As Co-Founder of Firsthand Supply since November 2017, Joshua has focused on creating hair-styling products that prioritize scalp and hair health. Prior to this, Joshua served as Director of Client Marketing at Swiftkurrent, where responsibilities included planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and developing growth strategies for clients. Joshua also held the position of Director of Communications and Production at A Local Church, streamlining processes and building teams, and contributed as a Partner at Velvet Collective, emphasizing strategy and initiative development. Joshua's educational background includes studies at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and Gordon College.
