Subhashis completed their Secondary (10th) and Higher Secondary (12th) education under the West Bengal Board, with a focus on Commerce. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at The Bhawanipur Education Society College in 1987 and graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Subhashis further pursued their education at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, where they studied from 1989 to 1995 and obtained a degree in FCMA (Fellow Cost and Management Accountant), specializing in Costing & Finance.
