Kate Groff

Kate Groff, MSN, RN, FNP-BC has a strong background in nursing and healthcare leadership. Their most recent role is as the Chief Nursing Officer at FirstHx since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Client Success Officer at Little Journey from March 2022 to May 2023. Kate also has experience in pediatric healthcare, having worked as the Head of Clinical Operations and Lead Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics from March 2018 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, they held positions as the Director of Clinical Operations & APP's, Clinical Trials, Lead Nurse Practitioner at INA from March 2016 to March 2019, and as a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Critical Care & Pulmonology at Riley Children's Health from July 2011 to June 2016. Kate began their career as a Duke Oncology Clinical Research Study Coordinator at Duke University Health System from January 2009 to December 2011.

Kate Groff, MSN, RN, FNP-BC began their education at Butler University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree. Kate then attended Duke University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Nursing and a Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner. Currently, they are a DNP student in Nursing Executive Leadership at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained a certification in "Leading in a Remote Environment" from Harvard University.
