Kate Groff, MSN, RN, FNP-BC has a strong background in nursing and healthcare leadership. Their most recent role is as the Chief Nursing Officer at FirstHx since May 2023. Kate Groff, MSN, RN, FNP-BC began their education at Butler University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree. Kate then attended Duke University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Nursing and a Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner. Currently, they are a DNP student in Nursing Executive Leadership at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained a certification in "Leading in a Remote Environment" from Harvard University.
