Mario Mora

Mario Mora is the CEO and Founder of FirstJob, a company dedicated to enhancing the recruitment process for young professionals across 15 Latin American countries and Spain. Since 2012, Mario has been instrumental in delivering valuable data to HR departments to optimize hiring and strengthen employer branding. Additionally, Mario serves as a mentor at Start-Up Chile and NXTP Labs, supporting emerging entrepreneurs in various aspects of business development. Mario has also led initiatives within The Culture Collective and the Global Shapers Community to empower cultural leaders. With a background in project engineering at Entel and a robust educational foundation in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, Mario has made significant contributions to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region.
