Andy Seidel

Andy Seidel is an experienced professional in the field of property acquisition and development, currently serving as the Acquisition Field Superintendent for FirstKey Homes since April 2018. In this role, Andy inspects contracted properties, produces scopes and budgets, and oversees rehabilitation construction projects within established time frames. Prior to this position, Andy was the Land Development Manager at Newcastle Land Development from March 2015 to November 2017 and held the role of Estimating/Purchasing at Newcastle Construction, Inc. for a brief period in 2014. Andy Seidel earned a two-year degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering from Pinellas Technical College between 1980 and 1982.
