Corey Maxwell

Corey Maxwell is an experienced maintenance management professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles within the property management sector. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager and previously as Field Superintendent at FirstKey Homes since July 2018, Corey has also held positions such as Make Ready Supervisor at Progress Residential and Maintenance Assistant at Pinnacle Property Management Services. Additional experience includes roles as Sr. Service Tech at Equity Residential, Maintenance Tech at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, and Maintenance Engineer at Riverstone Residential Group. Corey holds an Associate of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Broward College and graduated with a high school diploma in General Studies from Boyd Anderson High School.
