Kyle Mitchell

Kyle Mitchell is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at FirstKey Homes, a position held since 2024. Previously, Kyle has amassed diverse experience in talent acquisition and human resources, serving as a Talent Manager at The Intersect Group and a Talent Acquisition Manager at HD Supply. Their earlier roles include HR/Recruiting Manager at J.W. Business Acquisitions, and various positions at the Midtown Arts Center, where Kyle contributed as a Sales Manager, Box Office Manager, Teacher, and Resident Performer. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Theatre from Northwestern State University, earned in 2007.
