Steven Wallace

Steven Wallace is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and fixed assets management. Currently serving as the Director of Property Accounting at FirstKey Homes since March 2020, Steven oversees a team handling transactions for over 50,000 single-family residences, focusing on growth in home acquisitions. Previously, as the Manager of Fixed Assets Accounting at Inspire Brands, Steven managed the accounting processes for significant projects, including remodels and equipment rollouts. Additional experience includes roles at Life Time Fitness, Wendy's Arby's Group, Ricoh Americas Corporation, and the U.S. Navy. Steven holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
