Kim Donahue

Kim Donahue is an experienced professional in member experience and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Member Experience at Firstleaf since January 2021. Previously, Kim held the position of Assistant Vice President of Producer Solutions Operations at Lincoln Financial Group from March 2014 to December 2020, overseeing cross-functional teams and managing compliance and regulatory responsibilities. Prior experience includes directing customer care operations at Mac-Gray, where a new centralized contact center was established, and serving as Director at Groupe SEB, where Kim developed a customer care center supporting multiple brands and managed product liability claims. Kim holds a Master of Science in Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Salem State University.
