Ricky Grenis

Ricky Grenis has a strong background in strategic initiatives and corporate strategy. Ricky is currently working at Firstleaf as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to this role, they worked at E. & J. Gallo Winery where they held various positions including Corporate Strategy and Planning, Premium Wine Business Unit, and Revenue Management. Ricky also gained experience as a Senior Account Manager at Versant Funding, LLC and as an Assistant Account Manager at Rubenstein.

Ricky Grenis earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of Chicago from 2006 to 2010. In addition, Ricky has obtained a Level I Award in Wine from the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust).
