Danny Deane

Danny Deane is an experienced Maintenance Manager at FirstLight Power, responsible for leading maintenance teams in the management of electrical and mechanical equipment at Northern facilities. Previously, as a Hydro Station Maintenance Operator, Danny operated generation equipment and ensured responsive power generation. As the Owner of F45 Training Hampshire Meadows and F45 Training Riverdale, Danny successfully launched and grew fitness franchises, establishing brand presence in New England. Danny's experience also includes serving as an Assistant Business Agent for IBEW Local 455, where contract negotiations and conflict resolution were key responsibilities. Danny's early career as a Millwright involved supervising powerhouse outages and completing diverse trades, earning recognition for safety and teamwork.
