Maxine Mongeon is currently the Deputy General Counsel at FirstLight, having transitioned to this role in 2025. They previously served as a Senior Director of Development at Evolugen by Brookfield Renewable from 2023 to 2025 and as a partner at Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP, specializing in corporate finance, M&A, and securities transactions from 2015 to 2019.
