Peter Rider

Peter Rider currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at FirstLight Power, a position held since May 2016, with previous roles including Senior Vice President of Commercial and Vice President of Commercial. Prior to FirstLight Power, Peter Rider worked at GDF SUEZ Energy Resources NA from January 2007 to May 2016, where responsibilities included Director of Real Time Trading and Operations North East and Manager of Short Term Optimization New England. Earlier experience includes roles at BNY Mellon as Vice President of Trading, Instinet Incorporated as Trader, Refco as Manager Trader Support, and Deutsche Bank Securities as Securities Analyst. Peter Rider holds two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees in International Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
